Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products including PDFs and templates, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is processed and the download link is sent. Since the files are delivered instantly, it is not possible for us to return or un-use them.

2. Damaged or Corrupted Files If you experience an issue downloading your files, or if the file arrives corrupted/damaged, please contact us at karen@morgeycpa.com within seven days of your purchase. We will happily send you a fresh, working copy or troubleshoot the issue.

3. Exceptional Circumstances We want you to be happy with your purchase. In rare cases where you have made an accidental duplicate purchase, or if the product does not match the description provided on our site, we will work with you to come up with a satisfactory solution at our discretion. This may include a store credit or a partial refund.
